Brainspotting Intensives
For people wanting deeper change in a shorter period of time
This may be for you if:
prefer a deeper, immersive experience
are going through major life transitions (grief, job or relationship changes, etc)
want to break a habit or achieve a performance goal
feel like you have a chronically under regulated or overactive nervous system
feeling stuck
Traditional talk therapy unfolds slowly over weeks, months, even years..
and for some, that is just the right pace.
For others, they are ready for more.
During an intensive, we may spend several hours working together with Brainspotting, movement, and somatic therapy to help resolve patterns that have felt stuck for years.
Hi, I’m Roya
If you’re tired of only talking about your problems without real change, I might be the therapist for you.
In my work as a somatic trauma therapist, conversation is just one part of the process.
Using somatic therapy, brainspotting, and mindfulness practices, we go beyond words to support healing on a deeper, more subconscious level.
Sessions with me are flexible and responsive to your needs.
They may include gentle guided meditation, thoughtful conversation, laughter, somatic practices, deep presence, or a combination of these approaches.
Therapy with me is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you, but about gently unveiling the wholeness that already exists—perhaps beneath societal conditioning, life experiences, learned coping strategies, and ancestral burdens.
Together, we create space for nervous system regulation, integration, and lasting change.
